So what it comes down to is this. If you can convey to the medium the importance of doing a perfect telephone card trick, one in which you select your card first, where you use a borrowed shuffled deck and never know a single card in the spectator's packet including the card he selects, if you can convince her that it is vitally necessary to world peace that you perform this fabulous trick, you may persuade her to put up with it.
